First, I stopped responding to people I don’t respect.
Then, I stopped trying to explain myself to people who benefit from misunderstanding me.
Finally, I stopped giving my attention to people I wouldn’t choose to sit across from at dinner.
Once you remove the noise, there really isn’t much left to respond to… because the people who matter aren’t the ones doing goofy shii.
Pastors & Preachers, there comes a point in our walk that we need to stop looking for a dynamic sermon that only creates a crowd reaction & genuinely begin seeking out a simplified message that can bring about a character change within the lives of people. We need the gospel.
Before you see dreams come to pass, before you see healing, promotion, restoration, don’t be surprised if you find obstacles, disappointments, setbacks. That’s a test. Are you going to get discouraged and give up, or are you going to have “I still believe” faith?
