Won the Long Jump with a PR of 7.58🥇

Ran a PR in the 100 at 10.69

Ran my first 200 in over year and clocked in at 22.04.

Competed in the Club section of the VA Showcase meet this past weekend. My mark of 23-06 (7.17) placed 1st🥇in the club section and 3rd overall in the meet. Next stop: Mondo Invitational at JDL on Jan. 31st

Opened up my indoor season a few weeks back at the Asics Holiday Invitational. I earned second🥈 place with my mark of 7.13 (23-5). Opened up at NC #2. VA showcase up next!

Completed the 2025 Outdoor Season at the AAU Junior Olympics where I placed 3rd in the Long Jump with a PR of 7.33m. Our top seeded 4x100 unfortunately could not compete due to injury but I was able to anchor our 4x400 relay in 46.8 to run 3:10.24 and bring home the bronze medal.
