@BBCWatchdog please could you look into @Debenhams? Faulty item received, no phone contact, emails and messages ignored, and hundreds of similar complaints online. Customers are being left with no way to resolve issues.
Watch what you order from @Debenhams they sneakily add an insurance charge and there is nothing you can do after you submit the order. Apparently because of the speed of dispatch time. Took a week to come by the way ๐คฃ Never again will I use Debenhams and the service is awful

@Debenhams Disgusted I paid for delivery by today, EMail sent telling me delivery now 2nd January, How do I get a refund, What company does not have a contact number.
