This morning, I have been thinking about my life in blocks of 10 years.
1981 - 1991: Born. Played as much Nintendo as I could. Broke my leg. These days are mostly now a blur.
1991 - 2001: First job, learned to drive, fell in love. Graduated high school. Youth group era. Went to Bible college in Florida.
2001 - 2011: Got married, had a few kids. Bought and remodeled a house. Built a couple hundred picnic tables. Started playing Halo and making videos on YouTube
2011 - 2021: YouTube and Picnic Tables are my full time job. Built a new home and did a lot of the work myself. Started an IT business.
2021 - 2031: Oldest daughter graduates high school. All kids are now driving. I look forward to filling in these blanks over the upcoming years.
Hopefully in the next few years: I'll feel refreshed to write some new music, and just be happier and full of gratitude for the wonderful journey this has been.
@BryanSimon Yeah I respect that. I enjoyed the Tesla video you posted recently on here so that kind of AI media I dig. I’ve always enjoyed your content music or vlogs. Been watching since I was 13 and I’m 27 now. So I’ll keep watching no matter the path you choose.
One of the worst things about being an IT guy is everyone comes at you with their problems, and you feel the blame. One of the best feelings is fixing something simple that they could’ve done or that was their fault.
@BryanSimon I know Greek yogurt is amazing! Cheeeese! I gotta be careful with it because I’ll get carried away. Another snack that’s good if you like popcorn is skinny pop. Calories are pretty insane per serving.
@BryanSimon I’ll have to look into water retention. That’s awesome you’re tracking through ChatGPT! I’ve been using MyFitnessPal for mine. I’m not at my target yet but I’ve went from 297 to 243. Thanks for the info and conversation! Keep it up bro!
@BryanSimon We’re pretty close on the same type of foods for breakfast and lunch. Started changing toast and other breads for Keto wraps. I added some Greek yogurt in my diet too. Just had too many carbs and wasn’t eating a lot of protein. I could do better on the workout days lol
So I pretty much stick with the same routine through the week:
Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 slices of bacon, piece of buttered toast
Lunch - birthday cake flavored protein shake, maybe some cashews
Use my actual work lunch break to go to gym for 55 minutes, at least 4 days per week.
Run/Elliptical for 30 minutes
Crunches / arms back exercises
Dinner - Caesar salad, chicken breast, burger, sweet potato
Some snacks and some cheat meals but working well for me so far. Logging journey through GPT, learning about water retention and consistency.

I’ve spent the last couple years creating a platform to do something I’ve been doing all my life - promote a positive gym experience for all. Sometimes that means highlighting great deeds, and sometimes it means bringing to light toxic behavior. But no matter the subject of the video, it is always done with an attempt to inspire everyone to do better, and be better. I’ve been so blessed to have this become a movement with a message bigger than myself or anyone. It has been so inspiring and amazing to see.
However, it is sad that people are trying to use my message to push an agenda I absolutely do not agree with. If you actually go to my page you’ll see I’ve done an equal amount of videos on men and women because gender has nothing to do with it. I have no agenda other than making the gym a safer place for EVERYONE. Period. Again if you go to my page you’ll see I’ve covered several videos of women being harassed in gyms, spoken to them personally to make sure they’re ok, befriended them, and have even bought gym memberships to new gyms for these women who were being bullied where they can feel safe. There have been some who have taken it upon themselves to take my words of positivity and create situations of harassment, misogyny, body shaming, or any other version of spreading hate.
To everyone I say these two things:
Number 1 - my videos have made a big impact on the gym community and helped thousands of men and women over the last year start their fitness journey, overcome their fear and anxiety, and I’m NEVER going to stop helping people and standing up to bullies and toxic gym culture. And anyone who’s ever met me at the gym, or anywhere, no matter their age, body, gender, or race, can attest to my kindness, inclusion, and message of positivity. It’s one of the things I’m most proud of.
And number 2 - anyone trying to use my words, videos, platform, or my message as an excuse to harass, body shame, or demean anyone of any gender is no friend or follower of mine. They are just as much a bully as any video I’ve highlighted on my page. They do not stand FOR me, nor do they stand WITH me. To those people i say, with every fiber of my heart - “DO BETTER.”
Alright pals I've been sniping in COD for 15 years and I've tried most of the snipers in Modern Warfare 2 extensively. Here I'm going to show you what I think is the best sniper in the game followed by what I think is the most fun sniper in the game.
