@hero_spectrum I’m bound to be in the minority, but my favourites of these were Quazatron, Scuba Dive and Deathchase. Atic Atac was also great, obviously, but I finished it the afternoon I got it & never played it again. Bomb Jack & R-Type were also brilliant. Trap Door was ace but too hard.
@Bhaal_Spawn@brianmross42 This has probably been pointed out by others, but the original original "Space War" is the very first graphical video game and predates the 1977 arcade release by another 15 years :)

Genuinely chuffed to bits this is all fixed, though - I haven’t used it in ages as I thought there was an upper RAM or ULA fault that was causing all the sudden crashes - turns out it was sound that was causing it! The mini amp was drawing too much current away from the CPU 🤷♂️
My original #ZXSpectrum power supply just doesn’t deliver enough juice to drive the keyboard, interface 1, vDriveZX & mini-amplifier any more, so I’m swapping it for a little tiny modern one.
Bit sad about it though :-/
Does anyone know what console this cart belongs to? It came in a Teleng Colourstars lot, but it’s not compatible even though the case is identical. I’m at a loss - can’t see any similar ones on the interwebs anywhere 🤷♂️
What was “V.C.C.”?
@erikscarlson@BinaryDinosaurs The TCS carts are much bigger, I’ve got loads of them :)
This is smaller & exactly like the Colourstars ones (but Motor Race is Cart 3 on the Teleng, this is No. 2 & won’t run on it).
@BinaryDinosaurs The TCS is an APVS console though, I’m sure this is a PC-50x like the Colourstars. The only “V.C.C.” name I can find is Videomaster Colour Cartridge, but this doesn’t look like those either 🤷♂️
@VE3WZW Lots of people calling it a generator, but growing up in Switzerland we knew them as dynamos. Yup, they provide electricity to power the lights, instead of a battery 👍🚴♀️💡
@RetroDan16 It’s not my photo, it’s from Cornwall Live: https://t.co/Hz0IVMUrOl
But that’s exactly how I remember it - got goosebumps when I found it online earlier actually.
Kenwyn Amusements! That was it. I could draw the interior layout & where every cabinet was 🤷♂️🤣
