I am not sure why media is not looking into loancharge deeply.
20 years retrospective tax is wrong and undermine our #ruleoflaw.
Tax payers right to challenge this unjust retrospective tax has been removed.

@wealthagent@nearlybankrupt When do you stop calling something an "experiment" & when does it become "state murder"?
Despite not conducting a proper impact assessment, @HMRCgovuk are well aware that their pressure tactics re the #LoanCharge has led to SEVEN suicides yet still REFUSE TO HALT
CRIMINAL?
We are keen to know what HMRC are telling people facing the #LoanCharge what the situation will be once the #LoanChargeReview has concluded. Please let us know.
HMRC confirms that secret discussions were held with Sir Amyas Morse about the Terms of Reference of the loan charge, despite also claiming HMRC will not be involved in #LoanChargeReview. They also simply refuse MPs the right to any scrutiny of the content. This is intolerable.
The Treasury's role in #loanchargescandal is relevant subject for scrutiny by Treasury Committee, says @kevinhollinrake who aims to become committee's next chairman. He added: "Particularly given concerns about the independence of the current inquiry."

@JolyonMaugham@adamboultonSKY@AndrewMarr9 Talking of damage to tens of thousands of people, over 50,000 have suffered at the hands of @HMRCgovuk Behavioural Insights team they've brought in to psychologically pressure their targets
For #LoanCharge victims, SEVEN have committed suicide so is this the right behaviour?
NO
NHS contractor:
"felt best way of dealing with it...call HMRC & try to work through...spoke to extremely aggressive individual (Mr N)...told me HMRC would monitor my bank a/cs...monitor me to make sure I was making a loan application"

@PMTC15 There has to be Ministerial ACCOUNTABILITY
With the #LoanCharge we've had:
☹️More SPIN than Hotpoint
☹️More FAKE NEWS than WMD
Its not a game - SEVEN people have now taken their lives
A day in court might be a good thing to remind that their are CONSEQUENCES for actions
@CommonsTreasury@HMRCgovuk I hope you can press @HMRCgovuk on the 22nd why they continue to provide misleading statements such as those in @CityAM recently
It would also be good to understand why they continue to pursue #LoanCharge victims despite @loanchargeAPPG calls to HALT
Another suicide recently😐
