@StormJamieson@TheSims This! The sims 3 group has been contacting ea for a month! And nothing has been addressed. Ea takes our money but won’t fix our game.

@Andaraios @EAHelp Dude same. I also heard they don’t do refunds but yeah I’ll be doing the same either way. This is so ridiculous especially for long time simmers since the early 2000s. Having the disk version was so much better. 🤷🏻♀️
@EAHelp Hello I was hoping to get more help about how most of us can’t download any expansion packs for the sims 3 and sims 4 on the new EA App on the computer. I’ve already tried the troubleshooting options. Still no improvement. It’s been two weeks.
