@zuzumizuchi Media that puts itself before trends build their own sphere of influence and end up better for it. Modern media relies too much on leeching, so we get spoiled humor and stories. In 5 years we’re going to get terrible movies about 67, AI, and kool aid pineapples
@Plushiebelle It also makes a lot of sense that someone who tried the game thinks going second is impossible. A core part of the learning experience is basically only winning going first till you know what you’re actually using handtraps for.
@Plushiebelle It’s cause yugioh players don’t understand hyperboles and the tourist don’t know enough to rebuttal them. But it’s not even that going second is harder to win it’s that you have to play so much better than the going first player
@GenmuKumotori Pussyfootin is super funny cause it always makes you sound Irish. Ig it wouldn’t spread between cultures that easily cause they would just use cat like walk
@DistantCoder@jen_tcg I find a lot of the arguments weak, “you should know” and “it can bait interactions ” seem very flat. But also cost being a benefit can be an issue and matches already take 5ever
@LoftonTCG Dominus cards just aren’t easy to remember imo. I think if Konami wants to solve this issue then they need to make tokens that display what restrictions you have during your turn. Trying remember that 20 mins ago you used spark/purge/impulse is a little much imo
