It’s very much like a simpler Evernote - a lot of the same features but without all the AI stuff that nobody wants to pay $250/yr for. Sub cost is much lower too.. I’ve got appx 3000 notes and the search feature is lightning fast.

@evernote I ain't paying $249. In less than 5 years we've gone from $69.99 to $249.99 - a 350% increase during this time. The new features have not added 350% value to the product. This increase represents a 93% increase over last year's price of $129. You have not added 93% value.
