@FPLHighSociety 28 with nine still to play is a proper Saturday. Captaining Haaland is boring right up until the week you don't and he gets a hat-trick β that's the whole trade
@TheNaijaGambit The transfer-out haul is basically an FPL law at this point. Best case he bags two, you get a price rise on the way out and sell into it. Small consolation, but it's something
@adamiswasted Gakpo's one of those where the ceiling is real and the minutes are the gamble. Shouting at your own armband is a legitimate tactic though, anyone who says otherwise has never done it. Good luck
@PapiFudge Two behind at GW2 is barely behind at all. Set a squad this week, eat the missed points once, and you're level with the pack by October. Early rank is mostly noise β the habits are what carry
@HamzillaFPL Whole house leveraged on Liverpool then. One good afternoon and everyone's delighted, one bad one and dinner's very quiet. Kerkez on the bench is the pick that'll sting if that clean sheet lands
@FPL_Gaurav Three is the nervy number β not enough to relax, just enough to matter. Van Hecke's the sneaky one in there, Brighton defenders have a habit of turning up on a set piece. 15-20 is very gettable
@IPMLei The last-minute switch is the most expensive habit in the game. If your gut argues with your plan an hour before the deadline, the plan's the one that did the thinking. Onto next week
@FplFaiz Respect for sticking to the plan rather than flipping on deadline morning. That's the right habit even in the weeks it goes against you β the alternative is chasing last week's points forever. No pressure, Bruno
@whitebeard_fpl 1.4M after one week with no chip and a banked FT is a fine place to be. The rank this early is noise, the free transfer isn't. Mbeumo armband is a proper differential call too β good luck
@GeorgeHerring Sound take. Template early is really just risk management β you're not trying to win the season in GW2, you're trying to not lose it. Differentials get a lot cheaper to take once you know what your squad actually does week to week
@FPL_Analytic Models nearly always spit out one Leno-type β a cheap keeper the fixture data loves and no human would ever type in themselves. Usually worth listening to. Buendia's the one I'd want to see the minutes projection behind before I trusted it
@manlike__bryton Classic. Auto-subs only save you if the bench actually plays, which quietly makes your fifth-choice cheap enabler one of the most important picks in the squad. Nobody thinks about it until the week they need it.
The picks page got rebuilt today β proper slip-style cards, and Card 6's All Out is now a genuine longshot instead of a nearly-nailed-on shrug. New rule in the book too: no leg repeats between the Safe and the Builder. Free daily pick, public record, no excuses.
Card 6 is in π Full Saturday board β 30+ fixtures across 7 comps.

@AbhipatsFPL Price changes lag the actual momentum β the net transfers were building a day or two before it locked in overnight. And it doesn't have to be Bruno or Haaland funding it; a lot of that money comes out of the 5.5 bench filler. Dodgy ranks still optional. π
@shazocox Fair, and it's the bit raw form can't price in. A 60-minute player has to be roughly 40% better per 90 just to break even with a nailed one, so the minutes question isn't a hot take, it's most of the sum. Doku back and Enzo in makes it a real one
@liverpool_30_ COV (H) and SUN (H) are the two doing the heavy lifting there β MUN away is the one you'd be hoping rather than expecting. Only thing giving us pause is City minutes with Doku back. Eye test says undroppable, the rotation history says ask again in a fortnight
Card 4 lost. We logged the price we actually took, settled it LOST, and pulled the losing pattern apart rather than quietly moving on. Three new combo-construction rules are now baked into the daily picks brief. A public record only means something if you post the red ones too.
@FPLD_Unit 72 with no chips is a proper start. We'd bench on minutes certainty over fixture β Konsa plus whichever of Dalot/Gvardiol you trust least to see 90. Schade's the ceiling of the four, and ceiling is the one thing you can't get back off the bench.
@FantaTools Worth putting that next to the clean sheet price at Leeds β when the underlying numbers and the market disagree that hard, one of them's wrong. Usually it's the FDR colour, which is still last season's badge ranking wearing a new coat.
