Dear YouTube,
We need to talk.
For the last 15 years, we built this platform with you.
We woke up at 3 AM to upload videos. We funneled our savings into cameras, mics, editors, and thumbnails.
We sacrificed birthdays, weddings, and weekends to ship one more upload. We turned our living rooms into studios.
We turned our voices into livelihoods. We turned strangers into communities of millions because you told us this was the future.
And now we are watching that future get taken from us, one channel at a time.
The recent AdSense wave is the worst it has ever been. Real creators with real audiences and real businesses are watching everything disappear overnight.
People who never broke a single rule. People who poured a decade of their lives into building something honest.
The email comes in and the entire business is gone. No appeal that actually works. No human to talk to. No path back.
Some of these creators have 6 channels under one AdSense. All 6 die in the same notification.
Years of work erased in a single algorithm decision nobody at YouTube can even explain.
The support is broken. The "creator chat" is a script reading bot pretending to listen.
The appeal forms feel like sending letters into the void. Real questions get template responses.
Real evidence gets ignored. Real businesses get crushed and nobody at the company seems to care.
We are not asking for charity. We are asking for basic respect.
We built this platform for you. We brought you the billions of hours of attention you sell to advertisers.
We attracted the audiences you monetize. We are the reason YouTube is one of the largest companies on the internet.
Every single dollar of that value passed through someone who set up a camera in their bedroom and hit upload.
And the way you treat us back is to ban us by mistake, ignore our appeals, and tell us the algorithm decided.
This is not how you treat the people who built your empire.
We are not the enemy. We are the product.
And right now, we are tired, hurt, and watching friends lose everything they built because nobody at YouTube cares enough to pick up the phone.
Do better.
The creators you forgot.
My YouTube channel was deleted on March 3, 2025.
For over 1.5 years, I've received nothing but Automaten replies from @YouTube No real explanation.
No human review.
No transparency.
Years of work gone!
@TeamYouTube, when will a real person review my case?

The support team of @TeamYouTube and @YouTube is extremely poor when it comes to helping creators.
They show no interest in resolving legitimate issues like channel demonetization. Instead, they seem to only target and bully small YouTube creators โ I am one of them.
I am deeply frustrated with @TeamYouTube and @YouTube support system because:
1) they don't reply.
2) They dont' review my channel by human.
3) They fail to provide any specific reason for demonetization โ they only mention โinauthentic content.โ
I appeal to @YouTube: Please remove your CEO @nealmohan from his position. He is not managing YouTube effectively, and small creators are suffering because of it.
We are going to sue YouTube
But before we do, our lawyer is currently in the process of sending a letter to YouTube.
Over 2 weeks ago our channel https://t.co/n40YMVzSp7 was falsely demonetized under the "inauthentic content" policy.
Demonetized doesn't mean no ads though, all it means is YouTube will still run ads on the videos. But they pocket all the revenue, essentially stripping all the revenue from us.
We don't claim to be the pinnacle of quality content standards, but the following things do cause us to scratch our heads in confusion
1. All of the bigger channels in the same niche as us are monetized with no issues
2. We literally voice act, edit, etc, all our own videos while 100s of AI storytelling channels are still monetized
3. YouTube is fine with running ads on the videos, pocketing all the revenue. We assume if YouTube had such a big problem with the content, why still serve it to your advertisers?
4. 100s of reaction channels still stay monetized
Some examples of bigger monetized channels that are in the same niche as us are:
rSlash: https://t.co/xz5uTLol38
DarkFluff: https://t.co/bqptmUDkEa
Oz's Vault: https://t.co/zQiEMUIhOZ
We support these channels, the reason we are providing these channels as examples is to showcase how it feels like we're being targeted.
This has caused extreme distress for my team and I. Many of our livelihoods and families rely on this channel. Our community relies on the UnderSparked channel.
Many people support the UnderSparked channel because in a time of nonstop AI channels, we stepped up and used real voice actors to cater to that connection and community that viewers on YouTube crave.
We truly believe this demonetization was done in error, all we want is a real human specialist to help us fix the issue.
We're tired of constantly receiving only copy and pasted templated responses, constantly neglecting/dismissing our attempts at fixing the false demonetization.
We're kindly requesting for a representative from @TeamYouTube to help us fix this demonetization issue with our channel.
We don't want to send letters, or sue, or anything! We simply just want to go back to producing content for our community.
Hello, @TeamYouTube. At this point, the conversation with support unfortunately feels more and more like template responses. Honestly, I no longer understand what is taking so long to review in my case, but I truly hope it will be worth it. Still, thank you for at least not ignoring my requests.
My gaming channel was removed on April 8 for โspam, fraud, and deception policies.โ During this time, it was restored for exactly 5 days before being removed again. As of now, the channel still remains deleted.
I still want to believe that you are genuinely looking into this issue and that my case will receive a proper review.
I also see that many creators are eventually able to restore monetization on their channels, which is genuinely good to see. I hope Iโll be fortunate enough at least to have my channel restored, considering it did not violate any of the listed policies.

@nailath_vt Iโm really sorry for that and feel exactly the same way. It felt like being a @YouTube employee who got fired from one second to the next without any explanation, while at the same time being robbed by @YouTube, because they never paid out the money they owed me. @TeamYouTube

@GuyChunki83171@TeamYouTube Thanks for the repost and telling your story, Iโm now waiting for over 1 year but @YouTube@TeamYouTube is not responding to any of my e-mails or DMs anymore. @YouTube is not able to tell my how I violated the guidelines๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
@AnimeVersus_X@spunkyinsaan20 Yes! My channel was terminated twice. The first time, @YouTube admitted it was a mistake. 1 year later, the same thing happened again but this time I only received automated responses. @YouTube can delete your account overnight without even providing proof๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
