@FedotOff90 I'm in the french supplement market, first most sales are done via pharmacies - french people trust the professional advice. Second, there's indeed a few brands in the market. it's quite competitive actually..
I found a way to sell AI infrastructure to companies doing $2M-$50M/year.
ALL with no sales team, enterprise connections or cold calls.
Businesses are desperate for Ai implementation right now and anyone can do this.
But most people get it wrong and that's why they fail.
They lead with tools, ex) "we build automations" or "we integrate AI."
That means nothing to a CEO managing 40 people and $5M in revenue.
They pitch features instead of showing the cost of doing nothing.
And they price hourly, so the buyer treats them like a freelancer instead of a partner.
Mid-market and enterprise companies are bleeding $100K-$500K/year on broken processes, bloated SaaS stacks, and manual work they don't even realize they're paying for.
They WANT to buy AI infrastructure, they just don't trust most people selling it.
Because most people selling it sound like every other agency.
I created a guide breaking down exactly:
→ How to position AI infrastructure so executives actually listen
→ The discovery framework that turns a 30-min call into a $25K-$100K project
→ How to calculate ROI so the price sells itself
→ The 3-pillar strategy process that closes 60%+ of qualified prospects
→ Why "sell the map before you sell the build" changes everything

@izakaminska Exagerated, I pay 26,3€/hour using a professional company for coeaning services in the center of paris. Black market rate is about 14€/hr. So basically the gouvernement refunds social contributions that it charges (78% of the net salary).
This brand hit a $100M+ run rate in 11 months.
IM8 is scaling like no other DTC wellness brand we’ve seen.
- **$100M+ run rate**
- **+74% QoQ growth** (Q3)
- **80% subscription rate** on new customers
- **AOV jumped from $110 to $150** (driven by new product launch)
- **Gross margin expanded from 52% to 60%**
- **EBITDA losses dropped from $40M → $8M**
The strategy? Exceptional.
A few months ago, we broke down IM8’s entire growth machine. So with the new updated valuation, I thought I’d share it again for those who haven’t downloaded it yet:
- Paid ads (Meta + Google)
- Top 3 Lander pages
- Subscription funnel
- Email + retention strategy
- Ambassador programme
- Organic & community
- Bundle offer setup
- Scientific brand positioning
It’s one of the sharpest wellness brand builds we’ve seen.
