I feel extremely strange when Shoma says he lacks motivation for improvement though he already faces a huge gap between his PB and NC with 312 VS 335,23pts,which already makes him impossible to reach,if this couldn't be,then tech score of 98 of his vs 121 of ML in GF could?
If you take this award as a boring and meaningless joke as always, yes,it goes stupid as the day it's been established, then I think it's not even worth any bothering, why should my taste and favors be stained by a stupid award.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
@MeganMo2002 Perhaps solo ice dance is too far to realize, now I just wish he could reach all his potential on jumps, his amazing jump should never be underestimated though he's acclaimed for his outstanding artistry,I hope he could still jump more difficult and stable in next competition.
I don't know whether Shoma is training well or in his even condition or shape,I just wish him to ignite his ambition and be fully motivated, because only in this way could he improve and reach for his potential to the fullest.💪🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I'm wondering if the post World Champion is still considering himself in the position to be chased rather than chasing for others or even unable to chase to the tops from now on.
How cruel the sport is that you can't afford any conceit and the slacks due to over confidence.
I've been wondering how judges will evaluate a contestant's program and how will they score him when they hear he's been undervaluing of his former programs to the extent that they don't deserve to be watched again.
Will judges lower his score to be consistent or remain the same?
Shoma is far confident than I've imagined that he chooses to be half professional athletes to complete and starts so later while others are progressing obviously and becoming technically stable. We can imagine how fierce this season could be and wish he could be self satisfied.
I believe figure skating is the sport which is highly appreciated for its combining techniques such as jumps and artistry like expressions for which reason two aspects shouldn't be considered as contradicted,an outstanding athlete may emphasis on both and seldom complain.
In fact, I find he may hardly win this season even if he tries to avoid those mistakes with his rivals being evolving so strongly. Just from my point of view, as an athlete, your pursue for good results is your basic motivation, nobody will care or pay attention to the inferior
How many times we've heard Shoma sets his determination to pursue for what he's been longing for rather than aiming for good results. However, I'm a bit worried he may misinterpret what an outstanding programs actually calls for, I don't want to see him lose to others without
After all, if you don't care about results, you may as well give this opportunity to others who do care about it. I suppose he definitely doesn't want to lose at all but according to what he's been expressing, he seems to lose the motivation.
Though he is modest and humble as always, there's no way for such talent and outstanding soul with strong athletic capability to land 5 quads nicely in FS to be underestimated or under the shadow of someone, even not to mention his innate incomparable artistry.
Pls do cherish!
