Captain’s words:

I’m delighted to have agreed to stay at Welling for the 26/27 season. It was an easy decision for me I’ve loved my time since I’ve been here and enjoyed working with the gaffer, the relationship we have as well as the togetherness that’s been built at the club has been a big part of how well we done at the end of the season and why I want to be a part of it again. Also the love and support from the fans I’ve received was special in such a short space of time. Let’s all go again next season and build something together.

Now the season is over just want to say a huge thank you to all the volunteers at welling united football club for all you do. What a group and turn around all the hard work and togetherness from being 11 points adrift having played a game more to almost the impossible great escape and finishing 15th. Lastly thank you to the supporters who have been unreal backing us and sticking with us home and away. Also the support and love you have given and shown me in such a short time has been amazing. Hope you have seen what it’s meant to me playing and to captain this club. So thank you
