@davenewworld_2 The point of HOV laws is to cut down on carbon emissions of multiple vehicles. It’s not about how many passengers you have, you’re supposed to have two driving age adults at the very least. The lane is an incentive to carpool, meaning using less vehicles, which cuts emissions.

@ctvwinnipeg Can someone shed some light on the insurgence of beetles this year? They may be Spruce or Pine beetles, not sure. All I know is I haven’t seen them before and now they are everywhere, especially in cottage county. Long antenna and 6 legs and apparently bite hard.
