The current ATM program of #AMC has ended.
The desired 350 million dollars have been raised. This required the sale of 48 million shares.

The new number of $AMC shares outstanding is therefore expected to be: 246,356,898
The ATM program increased the number of shares by approximately 24% and AMC now has (theoretically) up to 303,643,102 additional shares available.

The current short interest, e.g. at ORTEX, should therefore be corrected downwards in the next few days and, calculated at the current level, it should be around 7.95%.

So AMC's market capitalization is currently around $1.74 billion.
