In terms of the next wave of new technologies, I think we will see AI, Predictive Analytics and Robotic Process Automation have important application and impact in the legal sector.

@EvolveLawNow @QuantumJurist In the survey, corporate legal depts named the most important factors in evaluating law firms for outside counsel. The top 3 were: price, ability to understand client needs, and specialization. This to me continues to confirm that technology remains a means to an end.

1) Define your vision for your organization
2) Understand your organization's overall performance and capabilities
3) Use those findings to build a solid innovation plan that fills in gaps and strengthens your organization's capabilities

The #FutureReadyLawyer survey found that while most orgs. today rely on basic technologies like time, billing systems or client portals, those using tech to a greater extent have an early advantage over other orgs.
