Sam Sutton and Scott Wootton will play their final match for the Wellington Phoenix in Wednesday night’s Australia Cup playoff against Brisbane Roar.

Sutton is a Nix academy graduate who gave a decade to the club and wore his heart on his sleeve.

Wootton, a rock at the back, ever-present in our best-ever A-League season.
