May is Mental Health Awareness Month. I’m grateful to be a coach, have my dog, work in fitness, and still exercise. I’ve nearly lost it a few times, but hard times shape a stronger you. Life is short—shine and give them something to remember.
Sad times: more NHS cuts mean another blow to adult mental health. No ADHD or autism assessments, no support. Private care feels like the only option. I was diagnosed as a child but need reassessment for adult help.

My run identifies as a 5K! I lacked motivation today, but seeing this_granda_runs start his run got me out the door. Tough one—poor hydration and refuelling. Running is hard, but being able to move on two legs is a blessing. Happy Saturday!
