@KiwiCraig74@KiwiBlakes@matt_horncastle It's unfortunate you can't disagree without insulting people. That says more about you than the point. I'm done here.
Sure, she leads this particular favourability snapshot, but that doesn't erase how her government ended or the policy outcomes many still blame her for. The data supports a divided country on her legacy more than a simple popular/unpopular binary. A hell of a lot is hidden in the coarseness of approval polls, and they rarely get read in isolation, rather as a time series. In this context you're demonstrating she's got some good PR of late and that PR has won back some swing support. But this poll doesn't really support your argument against MH. Because it isn't a measure of how "very hated" she is.
We're unlikely to ever agree. But thanks for at least engaging a little less rudely.
@KiwiCraig74@matt_horncastle I haven't attacked anything mate. Just looked at what was on offer critically. You perceiving an attack is projection.
1) I never argued the premise of the poll.
2) Surely you get what I'm saying? Maybe not?
3) I've not said anything rude or mean to you.
4) Jacinda left NZ.
@KiwiCraig74@matt_horncastle One thing I've never understood is why the left thinks that being rude, dismissive, and devolving everything to basic ad hominem's is a winning formular. 🤷🏽♂️
@KiwiCraig74@matt_horncastle It has absolutely no measurement of how much people dislike her (or any other). You're trying to reduce a very complex multidimensional issue to two dimensions that confirms your bias. I'd say it's you who lacks perspective.
@weasel_catcher@KiwiCraig74@matt_horncastle 🤷🏽♂️ your side of politics always pretends you don't understand. But you forget we don't really care about either your performance or lack of understanding.
(And sure, yeah, I could have typed it a bit better).
@KiwiCraig74@matt_horncastle To be fair extrapolated out 35% is 1.46M Adults. That's a fair few. If your argument is that other politicians are hated more then A) who cares not talking about them. B) There is no data here showing how much hated amoung the detractors each of them is.
"On average, older New Zealanders have significantly higher net wealth than younger New Zealanders."
Duh. They're older.
Young people have no rights to anything. In fact in my opinion no one has any rights to anything except what you create for yourself or are given freely by someone else.
I personally think there should be no super. And no tax funding it.
But in so far as there is the theft that is taxation contributed to people getting their super so it's theres.
You want to change it, drop taxes and adjust it pro rata with years left till retirement.
Anything else is socialist wealth redistribution and nothing more than a secondary tax.
@Nihlith30349@StefanMolyneux Back then almost all sailors, prostitutes and criminals were hedonistic classes, fueled a lot by nihilism.
I don't think anything has changed, the modern hipster woke have just wrapped some fashionable religious elements around it while (ironically) emulating the sentiment.
@goddek The funniest thing about this is the the link doesn't support the note. It actually leaves the door open to the possibility that he is and that the idea of that could be disconcerting.
