"Iron curtain over America" is a good one, written by a military intelligence officer in 1952.

The short of it is, there was a shit load of a particular ppl in our State dept, those particular ppl had obvious allegiances to their kin that had overthrown the Christian monarch and installed Communism in Russia. These policies predate WW2 and continued some would say, till this day, certainly enabled North Korea and Mao's Red China following the war.

Plus there were plenty WASPs in that same state department that saw it as a way to destroy Britain. Which they accomplished.

I too am mostly annoyed, thinking I could be doing much more, when life is actually badass and fantastic, I'm in a spot most ppl work their whole lives to get to. Enjoy it more.

The post war world is the standard, not during the great depression. Quit being disingenuous.
In the 60s early 70s guys were making $8k-10k per year, houses cost $20-$30k.

Agreed there's always a way, different problems, different solutions, that's how I advise the young ppl around me as well.
But as stated above, to ignore the overall financial situation and continual debasement of the currency, the institutions funneling them into debt slavery before they ever make a dollar, is disingenuous imo.

Their rent is through the roof, none of the youngsters can turn wrenches anymore so they can't drive beaters, so the car payment and insurance is through the roof, they're already in debt before they start working bc the fake ass education system turned them into pissed off, skill less debt slaves, inner cities aren't safe, have to live farther away from work, etc etc etc.

There's always a solution, and it's always personal responsibility, but to ignore this stuff is disingenuous.
