@FOX4 Something has to be done about how @Ticketmaster is ignoring customers after being scammed from their website. I paid for 4 @usher tickets and they were transferred without my permission. @Ticketmaster will not respond.

I’ve calmly spoken to every representative from @Ticketmaster with respect and patience. And yet, still nothing! This is a Billion Dollar company and I know for sure someone can help me!!

This has been very unprofessional of @Ticketmaster. There has been no sense of urgency for my dispute in this transfer of my tickets. I bought them straight from @Ticketmaster website during @Usher presale time.
