We had a great morning at Carmondean library with Fergus McNicol the storyteller. As you can see from the smiles on our faces we all had a fun morning singing and joining in with the interactive stories.

To celebrate World Book Day we had a visit from our librarian Susan. She read two stories and the children have been sharing there thoughts and ideas throughout the day. "I liked the book about plants" and "When can Susan come back"? We are lucky to be part of a great community.
It was wonderful to have our younger members of our families come and experience Bookbug together.
Included Iris gives us all a thumbs up for spending time as a group!
Bookbug took us exploring the local woodlands this morning. It was a great day to welcome our super families on this exciting experience with us. We sang lots of songs and had a lovely story The Hospital Dog written by Julia Donaldson.

Wow what a turn out at nursery Bookbug this morning. We went back in time and sang some traditional songs and rhymes to celebrate Rabbie Burns day. We then read The Grinny Granny Donkey story which was great fun. Thank you to all the parents and carers. who came along!
"Look lots of circles"
We explored the woodlands on our morning walk. The children chose which direction we went and they chose to go and find some water. The children threw stones in the water creating "circles". Active Alexa gives us all a thumbs up!
"I want to make a blue castle like Anna and Elsa"
One of our children shared her vision of what her castle would look like. Over two days and a little help from her peers she created her very own Frozen castle. She demonstrated perseverance are we are so proud of her.
Today we all had Christmas lunch together. The children made their own special party crowns to wear and the Christmas music all got us feeling festive. A huge thank you to the catering staff at @deanschs for all that you do for us not just today but all year.
Merry Christmas.
