One professional habit I think is underrated:

Documentation.

Write down the process.

Record the decision.

Document the outcome.

Your future self and probably your team will thank you.

One skill I’m deliberately building is the ability to take something complicated and make it simple.

A process.

A report.

An idea.

A communication.

If people can understand it quickly, they can act on it faster.
