I just posted "My friends are missing. They went to a haunted maze last weekend and I think something bad happened to them." on Reddit

@VANatCemeteries@usmarines This is beautiful to see. I grew up with Char as extended family. And on the anniversary of her death, it warms me to see her remembered as the amazing woman she was.
@ethandavidlee @The_HeroSQ For me, though, the FB issue on my legal name is the depressing and angry echo chamber politics. They’re unhelpful, everyone sharing them already agrees with them (“X IS TERRIBLE AND WE HATE IT!”), and no one is doing anything to fix it. So I don’t go there anymore.
@ethandavidlee @The_HeroSQ The mute function is nice if you’re not up for unfriending or unfollowing. Twitter allows you to make lists you can use for custom feeds, too. Then you can ignore all the clutter.
Gods live in my woods.
When the moon filters through autumn leaves and bathes the forest floor in an #amber glow, they emerge: lovely, bony, luminous. They fly, slither and sing, jubilant and almost incomprehensibly alive.
They are strange, these gods.
But I love them.

Thanks, Wynne.
My #WriterFact is: Most of my best stories have come from vague dream seeds, and the story develops out of finding ways to express all the backstory and knowledge “known” from that seed.
Your turn, @KelvinROfficial@CalPLogan@taraadevlin@manen_lyset @hawrth
He doesn’t seem to have stolen my content, but he is a prolific plagiarist trying to make money off stolen work. Let’s see if we can shut him down. Please share this tweet to spread the awareness!
QUICK & DIRTY WRITING TIP #1
1) Use the “find” feature to highlight the word “that”.
2) Delete all non-essential instances where removing the word doesn’t alter the sentence’s meaning or structure.
Voila! Your manuscript now looks 10x better!

Black Rainbow is officially in edits! Just finished basic formatting, now for line edits.
Most of the stories don’t need more than this, so I hope to power through them pretty quick.
Typesetting should be a fun adventure, though!

In case you missed it: My Sister Discovered a Universal Language (but Hasn't Spoken Since 2003); a mix of cosmic and existential horror with deep emotional roots. https://t.co/FxvwE1wI0N
My latest story, “My sister discovered a universal language, but hasn’t spoken since 2003” is live on nosleep and performing well. If you like your horror a little cosmic with a lot of heart behind it, you might enjoy this piece.
