@RichardSharpe65@247runningclub@UKRunChat@therunchat@absolute360 Mine was caused by upping the volume and distance of running too much at the start of this year. Been managing it for around 3 months - ibuprofen, night splint, rolling with frozen bottle of water, calf stretch and strength workouts. It’s not gone but far better than it was
This morning I got up and ran a marathon. My first and maybe last 😂Downside of not being an event was running the distance but with no medal at the end...little did I know the husband had done a bit of prep 😍 #running#marathon#medal#lockdown
18 miles run on a freezing cold Saturday morning 🥶 Was hard work but managed to keep the pace consistent & heart rate down & can walk today which is a bonus! Ultra training going to plan, fingers crossed I can keep it up🤞🏼 #running#ultramarathon#dartmoorinaday#runtothesea
@runners_blue Ran everyday in lockdown 2.0 even if just a mile...January I hit 102 miles in the month. Increasing the miles and seeing a great improvement in heart rate levels. Running is what is keeping me sane right now 🙌🏼
@KamiWalczak Unless you are minted you can never ‘afford’ a baby, being a home owner is over rated, it’s just the biggest debt you will ever have....having an actual life is so much more important than worrying about those things ❤️
Started the audio book but might actually get it in hard back too just because. Because it’s bloody brilliant already and absolutely going to change lives 💙 @jamessmithPT_
First thing I did this morning was download this bad boy! If the first book was anything to go by it’s gonna kick ass 👊🏼 amazing gesture to release early to support those struggling in lockdown #legend @jamessmithPT_
