BREAKING: Former Republican Congressman Adam Kinzinger SHREDS "piss poor criminal" Donald Trump for interfering in the World Cup to get an American player's red card lifted.

The entire world is enraged over this one...

"Had Trump not said anything, FIFA probably would have reversed the red card after 'review' and kept the contact secret," Kinzinger wrote on X.

"But he can’t help himself. He’s a piss poor criminal who can’t hide it. That will ultimately be his undoing… crypto, Qatar, his sons 'ventures' on and on," Kinzinger added.

Kinzinger was referring to the scandalous news that Trump personally interfered after Folarin Balogun, the U.S. men's soccer team's star player at the World Cup, received a red card in the last match against Bosnia and Herzegovina for stepping on an opposing player's ankle. Due to the penalty, Balogun received a one-game suspension, barring him from playing in the upcoming game against Belgium.

But Trump, always quick to abuse his powers as President, reached out directly to FIFA President Gianni Infantino and urged him to overturn the suspension. Infantino, who has faced nearly as many accusations of corruption as Trump himself, caved. Balogun will now be permitted to play.

Belgium is understandably incensed over the decision and is appealing FIFA’s decision to lift the one-game suspension.

Kinzinger is right that if Trump had simply kept his mouth shut, FIFA likely would have done his bidding, lifted the red card, and the world would have been none the wiser. Instead, Trump confessed to the backroom maneuverings because he's incapable of hiding his own crimes due to hubris or the disintegration of his verbal filtering abilities brought on by his dementia.

“All I did was ask for a review because I didn’t think it was a foul,” he said in the Oval Office. “I didn’t tell him what to do. I can’t tell him what to do.”

While every American is rooting for our team to triumph in the World Cup, this is not how we wanted to do it. Now, even if the U.S. beats Belgium, there will be a massive historic asterisk next to the win because of the obvious corruption at play here.

Trump has taken what should have been a pure, fair celebration of sportsmanship and turned it into something ugly and crooked.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the extraordinary outbursts of the President of the United States against female journalists... well, actually against journalists in general and journalism. But it feels like he saves his most childlike behavior and irrational language for female reporters, calling them all kinds of names that kids in kindergarten are given times out for. It’s stunning to me to witness such behavior from any leader, any CEO, any person of influence or importance. I’ve never witnessed someone like this raging, this weekend with @meetthepress host @kwelkernbc, just last week in the Oval Office with @cnn’s @kaitlancollins, calling women stupid or piggy, telling them to “smile”, calling them darling, demeaning their credibility. Every good man should denounce this behavior. Every person should be able to stand up for their colleagues and say “No more.”

Imagine this man screaming like this at your daughter, your wife, your sister, your mother... would you stand for it? No, you wouldn’t! And neither should any of us. It’s unacceptable and undignified. Period. End of story.

BREAKING: “HE’S ACTING LIKE A 12-YEAR-OLD AT HIS BIRTHDAY PARTY!” Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear blasts Trump for turning the annual governor’s meeting into a childish drama fest.

On CNN with Jake Tapper, the chair of the National Governors Association called out the president for inviting and disinviting governors, lashing out, and treating the traditional gathering like “he’s a 12-year-old and it’s his birthday party.” He specifically noted that Democrats Jared Polis of Colorado and Wes Moore of Maryland were uninvited, prompting his boycott.

Beshear said: “The president has just turned [the meeting] into drama, inviting and disinviting others. It no longer looks like it’s going to be productive at all. At this point, I’m not going. If you're not going to invite all the Democratic governors, this chair of the DGA isn’t going to be there… . There’s a time when you have to stand up against a president that’s treating an annual bipartisan tradition like he's a 12-year-old and it's his birthday party. Inviting and disinviting people, lashing out at others.”

This is a sitting Democratic governor and NGA chair refusing to accept Trump’s pettiness. In normal times, governors usually set aside partisan fights to focus on real issues like jobs, healthcare, schools, and public safety, but Trump has turned a productive tradition into a high-school-level snub fest — the way he does with literally everything.

Beshear’s boycott is a principled stand: no seat at the table if not everyone’s invited, because the American people care about results, not drama. It’s refreshing to see a leader prioritize dignity and bipartisanship over ego trips. When even the NGA chair walks away, it shows how far Trump’s behavior has poisoned the cooperation that once kept America a functioning Democracy.
