I was told by your agent a refund would be issued a couple days ago. I called again, and your agents said an issue request had not been submitted. They did not allow me to speak to the care support team. I was told email is the only way to communicate with them.

@united one of you agents lied to me about waiving a cancellation fee (during gov shut down and massive TSA lines). Now that I’m trying to rebook the cancellation fee was charged. Did your agent lie to me? Pls address asap or this is the last time I fly with this airline.

@SouthwestAir so if I buy a round trip ticket (at the same price as two regular one-way tickets) I can’t modify one of those flights? My only option is to cancel the whole trip and repurchase at the new fair? As an A list this is the first time I had this issue.

@SouthwestAir this new assigned seat system is terrible. I always get booked (due to my preferred status) at the front of the plane. As a nervous flyer I prefer to sit in the middle where you feel less bumps. None of your staff at Burbank can accommodate me.

@Etsy no way to contact customer service. Policy says I can open a case after 48 hours of contacting a seller. It’s been over that time and the website is not letting me open a case.

@Delta same day change done at the same time by two people, but only I got on the flight. Now Delta won’t put us back together on our original flight. NIGHTMARE situation.
