We must support #teachers so that they can support students, and relationship building is at the heart of it. Our ultimate goal as #schoolleaders should be understanding each teacher's individual needs to ensure they feel supported #teachersupport #suptchat #rethink_learning

I would add one more to the list @DrBradJohnson - it would be: Make yourself available/keep your door (or virtual door) open!

The #1 priority of admin should be staff morale.
Everything else is secondary. Here's a few tips:
* give them a voice
* Trust them as professionals
* Treat everyone as individuals/ humans
* Respect their time
* Show them you care personal/professional
* celebrate/ appreciate
