Back then, he dropped a masterpiece in Chamkila and followed it with an okayish Maidaan. Now, we get a magical soundtrack in Main Vaapas Aaunga, only to get a mid Batwara 1947 right after.

@film_waala I remember ARR and Imtiaz mentioning that they had shot this sequence with a classical song. Later ARR changed it to Tum saath ho. Maybe Tere pass mein was the original tune.
