Selling such a dated product at full price feels like a deliberate attempt to deceive customers. When purchasing a high-value cosmetic item, one expects a reasonable shelf life, not a product that is nearing its expiry. @tirasupport
This is not a solution; it's a way to trap customers into buying more of your old stock.
I demand a proper and fair resolution to this matter. @tirasupport
I expect one of the following:
A full refund for the dated product.
A guarantee that I will receive the latest manufactured stock of the product I purchased, with a justifiable shelf life, that aligns with the price I paid. @tirasupport

This is an entirely unrealistic and unhelpful "resolution." Do you genuinely expect me to find a product with a reasonable expiry date within such a short timeframe, or are you forcing me to purchase another dated item?
@tirasupport
It is standard practice to offer such inventories at a significant discount, typically 50% off, which was not the case here. To add insult to injury, I was offered a credit note with a mere one-month validity. @tirasupport

Hi @airindia as informed to you we had highlighted about the missing items to the delivery person who completely ignored our concern and we also raised the complaint the same day in your portal. So dont put these false allegations saying that we didn’t inform
@airindia
This is highly unacceptable behaviour! Your team is now claiming after 10 days that we didn’t inform about the missing items at the time of delivery which is absolutely false! It was informed and complaint was raised the same day
