Item: EO967040139IN booked in parcel on 12.12.25 from Odisha not yet reached to Gurgaon. Got a message from India Post that door locked and couldn't deliver. I have checked from Security record and CCTV Footage that the post man didn't come to our Society.

@IndiaPostOffice A parcel booked on 12.12.25 not received and the postman without coming to my home mentiond that door was locked. As per Security record and CCTV Footage no such person came. Also I didn't get a call from him. Item code is EO967040139IN.

@AmazonHelp This is not helpful. There are too many steps to reach customer care. After following all the steps still unable to reach customer care. Instead of making it simple why one has to follow unnecessary steps

@IndiaPostOffice Surprised that no response to my post. It means India post is admitting it's mistake. Very callous and irresponsible approach from India post. That's why people prefer expensive courier to parcel post.

@IndiaPostOffice Received back in a unusable conditions. It seems that India post doesn't bother about it's customer. From CCTV footage and record of the Society, it was observed that the postman didn't come to deliver and even didn't call the addressee. Falsely written as door locked.

@IndiaPostOffice Instead of delivering the parcel showing door locked which is not possible, as the addressee is residing in a Society and Security person generally receive all parcels.
