@RailwaySeva Till how much time 12809 originated on 24th Sept will be kept waiting at Santragachi station. To commute to @howrah. Worst division of railway route. Trains are late more than 6 hrs being before time in Maharashtra.
@drmhowrah. Local trains have more priority here.

@kgprail @RailwaySeva @srdomkgp The concerned authority is sleeping at his home. The train is standing at Santragachi station for more than 2 hrs while 10-15 trains have passed. Seems the authorities have his wife sitting in the passed trains. Third class division of railways with third class service.

@havellsindia From last 1 week I have registered a compliant for my geyser issue in warranty. The person assigned says will come and repair everyday since 1 week on phone but no reply post. Are you waiting for my warranty to expire so you can place a hefty charge for ur fault?
