@RailwaySeva still waiting for the train its been more than 15 hr. Pune humsafar exp 20822. No proper resolution given train status is not started. We paid the ticket money and nothing facility given by Indian railway at least food or other things . This is how you are serving.

It may be the 5th time I am complaining about the Indian railway, The sleeper coach was totally neglected by the authorities cleaning, the water and seat were all dirty. Train no 12815.

Very unprofessional behaviour of paid AC waiting hall attendant at mmct railway station. He is claiming that if you seat on empty seat then you have to pay all the amount, I was ready to share my seat if any one comes to seat with me but he is claiming to pay all4
