#DPS Pune hybrid
DPS Pune has started with offline classes from std 1 . They have completely stopped online. 6 hrs of school & travel 1 hr. How will small children wear mask for 7 hrs?

[Nayeera @Nayeera5]

@PMCPune DPS Pune only offering offline school. No online option. PTM conducted online for vaccinated parents while unvaccinated kids are being forced to go to school in absence of online option. Sick kids, Kids with an ill family member are also missing out on education/annual exam.

@PMCPune PuneDps giving no option for online classes. Class timings 6 hours. Parents mail for hybrid classes ignored. Request school to offer hybrid schooling.Parents of unvaccinated kids being forced to send kids to offline school unwillingly. #Hybridschooling

Its a big shout from DPS PUNE PARENTS that they shud be given hybrid mode ...the attached file is of VIBGYOUR school offering online mode . Why can't DPS PUNE???

[Smita D @SmitaD20499902]

The school timings are too much 7 hrs plus the travelling time. How are the kids suppose to wear mask for such long times, they will also have lunch there so how would the covid protocols will be adhere to???

[Radhika Sudhir @radhika_jvmc]

@Nayeera5 When universities can take online exams then why kids (not vaccinated still) have to take that risk of going to school? They can too have hybrid mode of teaching.

[Nayeera @Nayeera5]

1. At a time when a number of MNCs have postponed the plan of work-from-office and are monitoring the situation weekly (even when all their employees are double vaccinated), school is forcing parents to send their unvaccinated children to school by withdrawing online education.

[ShwetaRK @ShwetaRK7]

I don’t understand the thinking here ..why small unvaccinated kids are expected to come physically while college students can continue online? We should continue online school as well till situation gets better. #HybridSchooling #DPSPune @MirrorPune @punekarnews @EduMinOfIndia

#DPSPune how come there is no option provided for hybrid mode. No communication to parents, you are just throwing orders at us. I hope @AjitPawarSpeaks @VarshaEGaikwad takes a note of this. @mohol_murlidhar @SidShirole @TopeRajesh @TOIPune

@GaganWa44538681 @dpspune @AjitPawarSpeaks @VarshaEGaikwad @SidShirole It seems the school is not respectful towards the parents n seeing the scenario , dps pune is ignoring the state machinery orders as well.

[Anusua Lahiry Bagchi @AnusuaBagchi]

DPS Pune, please allow hybrid schooling, parents should have option to choose.

@mubineshaikh @Nayeera5 @mohol_murlidhar @VarshaEGaikwad @AjitPawarSpeaks @SidShirole @TopeRajesh If so, why do schools require a consent form filled? How come they are wary of taking responsibility of the the children's well-being even within their own campus? Not a conventional practice, is it?
As for hybrid option, there are many in Pune itself.
