The show versions of ASOIAF have so consistently shown that the further they stray from the books the worse they get. Then AKOTSK comes in and exceeds every expectation for it as a nearly 1:1 showing. How did the showrunners for #HOTD think it would be good to take it further

@ShinobiVaultHQ Viltrumite is the worst option by far. Pretty much everything they can do the others can better. Martian is definitely the best option. Slightly weaker than a Kryptonian with a dozen extra abilities that are all extremely useful in real life.

You can sympathize that Titan wants to protect his child well also acknowledging that Mark has every right to be angry with him.
