BREAKING: The top investigator for the House of Representatives’ Jan. 6th investigation, Timothy Heaphy, just said on MSNBC that it seems clear that there "will be indictments in Georgia.” He continued, "I'm basing this on the facts. There is strong evidence of a number of people committing both crimes in Georgia and federal crimes."

I truly believe Trump will be indicted in Georgia soon. I also believe charges will likely come in NY and from special counsel Jack Smith.

Republicans might actually nominate a candidate who is charged with multiple crimes. That’s how low they’ve fallen.

As Republicans rightfully begin to suddenly care about drinking water in East Palestine, Ohio, my question to them is, “where were you during the Trump administration?”

Where are these Republicans’ outrage over the fact that, under Trump, 25% of Americans were drinking water from sources that violated the EPA’s Safe Drinking Water Act?

Where were these Republicans when Trump was deregulating drinking water safety across America, specifically in Arizona which had the highest average national levels of chromium-6, a well-known dangerous carcinogen? They were backing Trump as he fought in court to greatly narrow the “Clean Water Act.” Farmers and miners were outraged at the Trump administration, and still Republicans stood by as he made our national drinking water more dangerous.

Thankfully, days after taking office, Joe Biden reversed Trump’s reversal of the EPA rules, and later with his Infrastructure Bill and other bills invested millions of dollars into ensuring Americans everywhere will have clean drinking water. This includes in Ohio, where their drinking water had become some of the worst in the nation under the Trump administration. This includes in East Palestine where the EPA, CDC and FEMA are all on the ground with the Federal Government ready to give the state anything they need.

So if you are so concerned about the East Palestine drinking water, which you certainly should be, but you showed no outrage over the Trump administration’s actions to deregulate the Clean Water Act, then you are nothing but a hypocrite.
