Plymouth Asda, shocking service!

Ordered an @asda @AsdaServiceTeam click and collect yesterday. No e mail confirmation, called number upon arrival. Both extensions, no reply. Went into store. They had no joy on number or tannoy. Informed manager in a meeting with the phone so wouldn’t answer.

55 minutes of waiting and chasing order told by a lovejy staff member that the manager wanted to answer during the meeting but the “big boss” wouldn’t let him! Finally received my order with a promise the manager would call me. 29 hours later and still waiting.
