Special Ed is so fun because today we had to cancel our lesson unexpectedly but I spent my afternoon teaching my class how to do sodukus and they loved it so much, some of them LIT UP like the whole world suddenly made sense. So special ✨
It’s February, a new month, which means it’s time for me to give away a class set of novels via my book shop @ANewChapterBks. Last month a class got a full set of Malamander, which hopefully strengthened their reading offer. Simply RT for a chance to win.
My gran passed yesterday. I was expecting it but it still always shocks you, doesn’t it? I came into work this morning to these on my desk. Knowing someone’s favourite coffee is so small but I can’t explain how this made me feel. So lucky to have colleagues who became friends.

40+ headteachers and reading leads attended our recent TKAT Primary Reading Conference 2023. Thank you to our partner @ergocomputing for their generous support of the event and of our drive to increase access to reading books for all TKAT primary children. https://t.co/tCe4mQJbgZ
Great to hear the TKAT primary reading conference went well. And a big thank you also to our partner @ergocomputing who were the corporate supporter for the event. Even more books coming soon …
Great day today at the TKAT Reading Conference! We even had a visit from the Roving Bookshop! It was the first time I could shop whilst learning! Win win! #tkat#onetkatfamily
