The transfer portal madness is wild!
Zuby Ejiofor had chances to chase bigger NIL money, but stayed with St. John’s. In an era where most players move for the highest bid, he chose loyalty, development, and winning in Queens. 😤

NASA is such a beautiful contradiction of the precision of mathematics and engineering combined with the idiot yeehaw spirit of Texas. Mission around the moon was commanded from a building that has longhorns grazing on one side and a swamp full of gators on the other. -OS
THEY SENT FOUR HUMAN BEINGS 252,756 MILES AWAY, WENT FULLY AROUND THE MOON AND BROUGHT THEM BACK TO LAND IN THE PRECISE LOCATION THEY WANTED
EVERYONE WHO WORKED ON THIS IS THE COOLEST PERSON ON EARTH
THANK YOU to our incredible Men’s Basketball team and Coach Rick Pitino for an unforgettable, historic run in the 2026 NCAA March Madness Tournament. 🔥🏀

Zuby Ejiofor is the face of St. John's Basketball.
He is the face of the rebirth in Queens.
And he's played like the best big man in the country to close the season.
In fact, he did something over the last 6 games that hasn't happened in over 20 years #sjubb@EyeonStormPod
66 years ago today, 13 Texas Southern University students organized Houston’s first sit-in at the Weingarten’s lunch counter on Almeda Rd.
The next day, students continued the movement at Mading’s Drugs. Their peaceful protest sparked a wave of sit-ins across the city.
COLUMN: Zuby Ejiofor is the best Johnnie this century, and I don't think it's close when you factor in everything. Tarik Turner helped me put his brilliant #sjubb career into perspective: https://t.co/fd4TAfmaEn
As someone who spent time in Puerto Rico as their National Coach, watching Bad Bunny at halftime was awesome. @sanbenito you have a seat on the Johnnies bench anytime. Viva Puerto Rico!
Tommy Lee Walker was declared "innocent" by a Dallas court this week, 70 years after he was executed for the rape and murder of Venice Parker. The court said his 1954 conviction and 1956 execution were "profound miscarriage[s] of justice." https://t.co/QSfFdJNkN6
Pope Leo meets with Italian actor Roberto Benigni.
On the 4th December, the Pope met with Benigni ahead of the release of his monologue “Peter: A man in the wind”, which will be broadcast on Italian state TV on 10th December.
The Pope watched some excerpts from the monologue, which he called “beautiful”, noting that “it speaks of life”.
The Pope and Benigni talked about cinema and ‘Life is Beautiful,’ which the Pope had recently listed among his four favourite films, as well as Frank Capra's ‘It's a Wonderful Life.’
The pair also talked about the lives of St. Peter, Dante and St. Augustine, as well as their famous works, Dante’s Divine Comedy and Augustine’s Confessions.
