#CrisisCommsTip
I applied this #crisis comms approach when making Crabapple Jelly this morning:
Plan - I had the recipe and reviewed it.
Prepare - I got the crabapples juiced, ingredients, and all the pots and jars together.
Practice - I tried a few different methods for skimming the top and pouring.
Perform - Did two batches without a major incident. Hearing them “pop” now (IYKYK).
Perfect - Wondering how to improve the process for next time so I can avoid getting sticky jelly on EVERYTHING - including this phone. 🙄
