Yesterday I finished my journey at @UofSCEducation thanks to the amazing professors in @EdTech_UofSC and with the support of my family and friends. Now to continue impacting the lives of others.
When we use high or low before any diagnosis, we insinuate that all skills are one or the other. But that’s not the case. Each child has unique strengths and weaknesses. I love this graphic representation to display gifts.
@MrNunesteach I keep a folder- physical and electronic- of ‘heart notes’. I drop in notes from students and parents. Then on those hard days, I read back through some of them to remember my ‘why’ and help get me over the hump of discouragement. Hang in there!
