Use edging tape and/or 1mm for rough edges. Considering sandpaper 🤔

Swim ☑️ now back to business.
I’ve just been awarded a place on HEE-NIHR CLAC-East bridging programme to develop a research proposal for mindfulness in orthopaedics (for patients 😁).
