The only reply that I have received to date is a letter from some unprofessional woman at Capital One claiming that she is relying because of my claim I made to the BBB and that she still states it to be my fault. It's not as if I'm looking for thousands of dollars, just $477.00
So after talking with the fraud dept ,they have come to the conclusion that I added the Sutton Bank into my profile myself ,which is ridiculous because I already had an account listed that I used to put money there . I have contacted the CEO,BBB, GOVERNOR and my Attorney General
I have been trying to get in touch with you over an issue I am having with Capital One Bank. I have banked with them for a few decades and recently someone hacked into my account and added their own account and withdrew my money from 3 savings accounts and 1 checking account.
So anyone that can help me get my money back from Capital One that was stolen by a hacker and the bank is saying I did it and won't give me my $477.00 back...please reach out to me any help in the right direction will be greatly appreciated
It's very confusing these days and everyone is trying to stay positive even though the customers are getting nastier and nastier but in their defense there should be consistent rules followed such as counting at the door so there is social distancing but only done when convenient
