Congratulations to East Texas A&M for the grand opening of the new agricultural multipurpose center. This facility will be an immediate benefit to the students and region. It was an honor to be at the ribbon cutting ceremony! Go Lions!!!!!
Thank you President Rudin and the ET family for extending me the honor to be the Fall Commencement Speaker. The day was made even more special because there were former LHS/ET A&M graduates in attendance to support a fellow LHS Tiger who received his MBA. Lion/WEBO Pride!
Great job to the administrative team at ACFT for your launch of ALL PRO DADS! You had a full house of parents and their students. This program fosters stronger parent relationships through monthly character-based discussions and activities held at school. Outstanding!
Not the outcome of the game we all wanted, but we are excited to see “ET” step up to Division 1! It was great to see teammates/brothers and friends reconnect and support our University. Go Lions!!!
Today was an amazing day for leadership development in BISD! Thank you John Quinones for challenging us by asking “What Would You Do?” as we work to keep our community safe and educate our students!

"Honored to serve as a leader and give back to my BISD community this year with my amazing husband, sorority sisters, and the incredible Refresh Volunteers. Together, we’re making a difference—one backpack at a time! #bisdrefresh#refreshbisd2025
I ran into my Soror 💗💚 and friend @DebbieShowell at the Education Law for School Principals Conference. Great minds think alike in our vertical stripes! It’s going to take a village to navigate through all of the new bills and updates!
BISD is proud to welcome over 300 attendees as we host the regional TCOLE training with the Texas School Safety Center. Special thank you to our sponsors and volunteers.
The Scripture says, "Touch not My anointed." You’re His anointed. God being for you is more than anything coming against you. We all have opposition, we all have things that are not fair, but you need to see yourself as an overcomer, as more than a conqueror, as the victor and not the victim.
A big shout-out to our first lil buffs dad for showing up bright and early for car drop-off this morning! The beautiful weather made it even better, and we can’t wait to see more dads, uncles, grandads, cousins, and family members join in.

Mrs Ramirez’s class is learning about measurement and following multi-step directions in the tastiest way possible by making homemade tortillas! The students had a blast measuring ingredients, following directions and enjoying the delicious results.

Mrs Smith’s First Grade lil buffs started the day by reading Gingerbread Man Loose In The School. Only to find them in the cafeteria baking their very own gingerbread man. To their surprise he escaped and was loose around the school. Guess where he was hiding! @BirdvilleISD
First day of school was a Success! Morning car line duty was a BEAST! So hot, so humid…BUT, we got to welcome all our lil buffs and see their smiling faces! Love my BES family!#WeAreBirdvilleISD@BirdvilleISD
