Not true, my ex husband did 50-50 for at least 10 years. I was okay with it too. That's my truth. I was able to pursue my career and made loads of money too. I have not been to work for more than a week. I was taken to A&E , surrounded by people who fought for me, my wife, children, ambulance staff, nurses, doctors . I am deeply grateful to them all, to friends who came to check on me, and above all, I thank God for the gift of life.

As I reflect today, being Father's Day, I say to fathers and to all men:
Prioritise your life above everything else. Do everything within your power to stay alive and stay healthy. Life is the most precious possession we have. Without it, dreams, visions, ambitions and responsibilities mean nothing. But when there is life, purpose can still be pursued and destiny can still be fulfilled.

Take care of your body. Rest when necessary. Seek help when needed.

Do not ignore the warning signs. It is a healthy man who can provide, lead, love, dream and leave a legacy.

Your family needs your presence more than your presents. Your children need your life more than your labour. Protect your health. Guard your peace. Fight to stay alive and fulfill your purpose.

Because as long as there is life, there is hope. And with hope, there is still purpose to fulfil and greatness to attain.
