@Mike1768535 I previously filed a complaint about the same issue here, but I didn't receive a response. I had no choice but to reach out to their official support team at ( [email protected] ), and they were able to recover my assets and funds.

@pratik2115 I made a complaint here on the same issue earlier and no one responded to me.
I had no choice but to write to their support team on their official email at ( [email protected] ) which I got my assets and funds back.
I think you should write to them too!
