.@POTUS thank you for your continued use of your clemency powers as your term in office comes to a close. However, we remain steadfast in our advocacy for clemencies that bring people out of the federal prison system and reunite them with their families.
The First Step Act reformed compassionate release, offering second chances. But "Old Law" sentences, pre-Nov 1987, are left out. These individuals have shown rehabilitation over decades of incarceration.
Let's urge @POTUS to grant clemency and right these wrongs. #ClemencyNow
.@POTUS we love to see compassion and mercy extended by our leaders.
Please consider extending this same grace to people deserving of clemency before you leave office.

what a POWERFUL visit to sci chester with some of the @FAMMFoundation team this morning!
we got to be in community with some absolutely incredible people, and learn about their stories of redemption, transformation, and hope ❤️
none of them should still be in prison. everyone deserves a second chance!
thank you to the people who live and work at sci chester who welcomed us and took their time to be with us.
rest in power, ezra bozeman ❤️✊🏽
Anyone who cares about criminal justice reform should follow what is happening in deep red Oklahoma, led by @GovStitt. There is a lot I disagree with Governor Stitt, but on criminal justice reform, there is a lot I agree with. He understands that "to reduce the number of people going to prison and reduce recidivism rates, we needed to focus on our education system" among other reforms. And under his leadership, the state has seen a 12% decrease in violent crime, a 13% drop in non-violent crime, a 25% fall in recidivism, and a 20% decrease in the incarceration rate. Thank you, Governor Stitt, for your work. https://t.co/m4kbe0C2Rf
I'd love to see the President and Governors of our great country and states pardon and commute sentences this Thanksgiving and Christmas for some men and women behind bars who have shown that they have changed.
Being Christ-like in positions of power are acts of mercy and grace
Over 3,000 ppl who rebuilt their lives at home instead of behind bars are in jeopardy due to S.J. Res 47. Let's stand up for justice! 📢 Sign the petition to urge @POTUS to veto to this unjust resolution! #KeepThemHome#NoToSJRes47 https://t.co/VbtkfOYMPD
Yo. The bell tower today was UNBELIEVABLE. That fire, that passion about the wrongdoing to Virginia CITIZENS about their constitutional rights just flowed through some of Virginia’s most amazing criminal justice advocates… it was beautiful to witness. We won’t sit down. ✊🏾✊🏾
