@OSEPA_Official Why vocational trainers of odisha can't apply for “Mukhyamantri Shikhya Puraskar” ? Aren't vocational trainers provide teaching services in govt secondary schools of odisha alongwith other teaching staffs ? Or vocational trainers are the stepchildren of odisha?
