୨୦ ହଜାର JTS ନିଯୁକ୍ତି District Selection ରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ହେବ। ଯଦ୍ଵାରା ଗୋଟିଏ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ High cutoff ବେଳେ ଅଲଗା ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ low cutoff ହେବ।ମେଧାବୀ ଆଶାୟୀ ଶିକ୍ଷକତା ରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ହେବେ । JTS ନିଯୁକ୍ତି State selection କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ।

When any stray dog is being killed, then the minimum fine that culprit has to pay is from 50-500 Rs. and he also get bail on the spot. So we have to raise our voice against cruelty and need to stop this outdated law.
